Your selection of cotton for the sunflowers is excellent!!!!!! As to that horrible last photo....not only did I NOT lose weight but I got on the scale this morning and am UP a full pound. But that sad reality hit home and my eating habits and walking is about to change.

ReplyDeleteThat quilt is absolutely stunning.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your quiet New Year's Eve. THE BEST kind :)
Your sunflower block is oh so good! I like the center of the flowers fabric. You have captured the essence of the sunflowers using your fabric stash.

ReplyDeleteI love your sunflower block. It looks fine without the points you changed. I love the fabric you chose, especially the plaid for the seed parts of the sunflowers. Best wishes with your goal to finish two more blocks. I'm sure you can do it!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Mary!
And Happy New Year
Oh, I love the sunflower block. You have chosen some great fabrics (like Karen said) and the points on the blossoms are a nice touch, I'll have to remember that.
ReplyDeleteLovely! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck with your project.
