A Little Porch Time

In between the busyness of life, it has been a great week for a little porch time.

Working on the Redwork Santas.

A little down time with an old dog....

And the youngster.

The Hornes added a new member to their household; grand dog Bear.

Last night they took Jackson to the Braves game with his baseball team and he ran the bases. He is a great little ball player.

And we enjoyed the Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinner.
It is nice to see old friends and coworkers. Good food, good company.

    I do not often taken time to sit outside and stitch. It always seems like a chore to gather everything I need to do it. I am sure it is a wonderful feeling to do it. We do not have a place in front to do it but we do have a screened lanai and a roof that shades a sitting area in the back where the pool is.

    It is so hard to keep up with blogging! I missed your last post with your April finishes. I, too, love Maria's patterns. I hooked Mister Britches and he is now residing in California. He was admired so I gave him away.
