Tennessee Rug Retreat

I was lucky to be invited, once again, to attend a great Rug Hooking Retreat in Tennessee. The weather and location were wonderful, the fellowship even better. Thanks, Rhonda, for a lovely long weekend!  No cooking or cleaning, just laughter, friendship, hooking and inspiration. The best.

Speaking of inspiration, below is a rug show of what several of the girls were working on......

Nancy's first rug, hooked for a friend.

Nancy's second rug. This one will be cut out in the shape of the crock.

Part of Sheri's scrap runner. This beauty is going to be big!

The other Nancy's Pineapple Medallion. One border to go.

Cathy's tote.......done in #4 cut.

Rhonda's incredible fine cut leopard.

Robin's Maggie B rug done in wide cut.

Deste's Lib Callaway pattern started in a class with Jeanne Benjamin.

Vicky's personalized My Home rug.

Becky's angel in a 9.5 cut. This is a big rug, and she started it at the retreat.

And my Pomegranate Basket, started at Caraway last year, and finally, almost done!

Hope everyone is safe and sound after all of the stormy weather this week.

GRATITUDES:
Puppy antics.
Get aways.
Coming home.

Take Care,
Jennie

  1. I like the rug with the house and bird. Very folk art in style.
